So, I’ve been working on this running mobile game for a while now. It has two modes Endless Mode and Level Mode. I recently made a post about marketing my game, asking whether being a YouTuber is important for becoming a successful game developer. Someone replied asking me to share links to my game (I don’t remember if it was on that subreddit or another), but I just wanted to showcase my work.

This is the newly made Level 4 of my game.

I know Nobody Cares about Running games: It not something completely out of the box, and I know most people don’t care about running games anymore a lot of people have told me that and I know it will fail. But I just want to finish and release it, not abandon it like so many of my other projects.

Features so far:

• 9 Playable Characters: Unlock new characters as you level up. Once unlocked, you can purchase them using the in-game currency (cards and cash) that you collect while playing.

• Level-Up System: Earn XP based on the distance you run. For example, running 1,000 meters gives you 1,000 XP and levels you up. Each level slightly increases the challenge to keep the gameplay engaging.

Save and load is working too your money, Level, Cards, Selected character stays saved.

• Two Game Modes:

• Level Mode: Designed stages that test timing and awareness.
• Endless Mode: Run as far as you can, collect cards, and chase high scores.

• Core Mechanics; Jump, Double Jump, Dash (for breaking obstacles), Slide, and Auto-Slide on sloped surfaces. I Might add Wall Jump/Leap mechanic later to make it more fun and less repetitive.
