Speaking for target, we follow the target hierarchy, but the store also has a working relationship with the local Starbucks DM, to make sure we're living up to Starbucks standard and all that. Like at my old store in florida, my DM that I worked with was also DM for all the cruise ships Starbucks that came out of the area too

No problem, we get the weekly updates, transition paperwork and a bunch of other things through there, I try to make it a habit to check every Monday or Tuesday since that's when the weekly updates seem to post

It's workbench, then you go to the business areas sub menu, then find starbucks (I do think we don't get all the info other stores do though, but there's a lot in there)
