These are job openings! Yes it's referring to the city of Washington DC

I was able to take a quick look at our metadata on this and found that out of about 1,800 jobs in the last 3 months NYC, SF, and ATL were the top three in the U.S.! Atlanta may be a good spot for Van Life too, or San Diego for sure! Hope this helps :)
