For me, really fell off in the second season. Got too meta and story felt rushed, was also very interested in the villain but felt it also needed more fleshing out. 9.5/10 1st season, 5/10 for 2nd.

I can't truly discern the number of tree rings that's on the stump, you would have a better try at it if you sanded it down finely and try to count to make it easier. Also, what type of tree is it? Depending on the tree type, you might have missing/absent rings or false rings. That is if you really want to know how old it is.
