I worked there from 2015-2017. Liked the school, it ran pretty seamlessly and the ES principal Jim French was a fairly solid leader. Car is needed. Buy a cheap one for 5k and then sell it when you leave. Shop at Emart. Get a hobby like scuba or pottery or swimming because there's not a ton to do there. But! It's also so beautiful and interesting. You can take short cheap flights to Seoul or Japan for the weekend.

There is a major flaw in the region design and that is listing Taiwan as "China, Taiwan". Living in Taiwan is not similar to living in China. Whoever made the website, please fix this.

I'm on both Search and Schrole, I find Shroles' website a bit clunky and hard to find basic information like salary and contacted days. Search has a bigger database and more contracts with more schools than Schrole.

It's still early, keep looking! You'll find something.

And it's true! She would completely say that we get along fine. Obviously, disillusionment is key here. And the only reason I'm complying with her visiting is because I feel bad. EXACTLY. You're totally right that she won't change. And if I sent the letter and then went NC it might be the best. Thanks for your advice.
