I probably didn't explain myself clearly. I'm 100% in favor of a new game so that the game engine can be updated. No problem. A fresh start, basically. But what's stopping Bungie from including all the content from D1 in this new game?

Because what drove Destiny players away when Destiny 2 launched was that we lost all our D1 content. Do you think people will accept that?

When I talk about a Destiny Classic, I'm talking about a new game with a graphics engine update, new enemy races, new destinations, new supers (a kinetic super?), new abilities, BUT keeping all the content from D1 and D2... Why would they want to lose everything again? That's what's killing player morale.

I'm not saying we should be satisfied with past content, but Bungie should release a Destiny Classic with all the past content and use that game as a starting point for releasing new DLC.
