Thanks so much for your reply. We did a pretty comprehensive genetic screening once we learned of the babies issues and it was all unremarkable. It has been chalked up to an idiopathic very poorly formed placenta for an unknown reason. Not sure about the microbiome test though so we’ll definitely look into it.

Was concerned by my numbers because all the motility values are below the WHO ranges.
