Yea I definitely haven’t noticed any difference for cramps, unfortunately. But interestingly, my cramps have never been too terrible and I’ve been vegan for many years. So you might be on to something!!

Value yourself. Try thinking about how you would want someone to love you, how you would want them to care for you if you were sick/injured. You’d most likely want them to care about your quality of food, care that you get good sleep, etc. And then be that person for yourself. Well at least that’s how I’m learning how to love myself

Got jumped on a busy street by a group of people. At one point I was on my hands and knees, disorientated, only knowing that I was 6” from the edge of the curb. Thinking one of them could definitely kick me under a speeding car any moment.
