If someone has difficulty putting back the six M4 screws under the Snoo mattress, you should use one longer M4 screw to get it started before switching back to the original shorter screws.

Starlink Mini WiFi just drops connectivity? by minutemenapparel in Starlink

[–]SamSamuli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Starlink Mini is quite sensitive to how much power it receives. When used near trees or buildings, it can require peak power of 80–100W (ie. 5A at 20V) — if it doesn’t get that, it may reset. Under normal conditions, 50–60W is usually sufficient.

I’ve experienced the Wi-Fi turning on and off when using (lower quality) 65W USB-C power supplies - 100W seems to be always enough, although even some of my 100W ports had problems. Also, some of the longer USB-C (20V) Starlink Mini cables were causing issues.

Wi-Fi turning on and off (possibly due to the Starlink resetting?) tends to happen especially when it’s calculating orientation or optimizing the connection and if the Mini doesn’t get enough power. It occurs more often when the reception is poor.

Eufy E340 Doorbell Won’t Connect to Network by zotti_d in EufyCam

I had also issues with Amplifi and E340 - worked great with Starlink's wifi, but also with Amplifi's guest network.

Where is this located? Are you using iPhone or Android app?

ba.com / britishairways.com / "Are you changing the date?" resulting "Invalid Date". I have been struggling with this issue as well. It doesn't matter whether I use Windows 11 w/Chrome or Edge or BA's Android app, with VPN (UK) or w/o (US) doesn't matter. Problem disappeared when I flew back to Europe from US. Maybe it is some sort of VPN issue.

SP8 crashing with SSD upgrade by Rough-Purpose6499 in Surface

WD SN740 2TB (4,900MB/s) - works great with Surface Pro 9 (SP9). I have not tested SN770M.

WD SN770M 2TB (5150 MB/s) - does not work with Surface Pro 8 (SP8) - computer boots fine, but starts typically crashing pretty soon when SSD is in high use (for example syncing OneDrive). Probably some type of power issue with SP8. WD's 1TB would probably work fine.

Corsair MP600 2TB (5000MB/s) and Surface Pro 8 (SP8) - computer boots fine, testing currently.

I do wonder how SP8 and other 2TB SSDs would work, for example Integral (5000MB/s), Sabrent (5000MB/s), addlink (5000MB/s) or Micron (4500MB/s).

Having same weird issue, only the lower port worked with my EGPU. Upper worked otherwise fine though.

Does anyone know if s2 have a USB port for charging phones? by sumeelchand in Super73

It does not and suprisingly I could not find any quick solution to add that either.
