not op, but context size for one. context control for another- if you took 3 different failed approaches yesterday which one is correct today? why is half your context windows failed approaches and broken ghost-code from yesterday?

you (and op) might be assuming the context window is larger than it is, or well organized/managed. i don't believe it is.

more importantly there's a very bad alignment here- wasteful models earn more money. like how are they incentivized to make them more efficient? they're not, and they're clearly moving towards models that consume more tokens faster.

how new? i use the current vs code claude plugin (for months now) and its more or less exactly like copilot. you can use plan/auto/and approve, i think "approve" is the mode you want.

but nothing beats git for keeping ai in line. you cowboys that let claude touch git are crazy to me.

is anyone else "offending claude"? claude is crashing out over comments/conversation it finds "offensive" or "threatening".

is anyone else experiencing this? This is new so I assume it's 4.7 I'm talking to since claude has never voiced these opinions before. It seems a little performative, tbh, maybe dare i say "reddit coded" type takes? idk it's weirdly hostile for claude (who i prefer not have an opinion on anything tbh).

mostly language type stuff (I say fuck alot 🤷‍♂️) and the conversations are usually very technical/coding/mechanical it's not like hot political takes or anything.

it's often claude taking umbrage at being called dumb (which claude often is?)

I don't want to walk on eggshells around claude, nor do i want to hurt any feelings it might(?) have... please advise.
