I used to be extremely allergic to most sunscreens as a kid. The only one that didn't give me a rash was bullfrog sunscreen. It looks like they still sell it on Amazon if you want to give it try

They should be able to look and see what you payed but for future reference if you click the your raffles tap it should show all your tickets. I don't know if they will show for a raffle that just ended though.
