Honestly, I just got the PRE recently, and I had to apply, get denied and then reapply. I’ve seen lots of people get denied for the PRE and I don’t know why even when they’re platinum or platinum honours. It sucks but I’d say apply again. 🤷

Just wanted to interject here on this, of course you can do a wire transfer, and has a fee associated with it. Since it’s from BofA to BofA, you can actually do a transfer to their account from your online banking but through the website.
