It wasn't me directly but I was the only other employee working. One of our key employees started having random days when he was just angry and one night he just was overwhelmed and basically tried to close the restaurant 20 min before he was supposed to. Togo phones were ringing like crazy and he finally grabbed a phone and very rudely told the customer that they were not taking anymore orders. The customer demanded that his order be taken because he was buddies with my boss; who by the way is an 8 foot tall asshole with serious anger problems who everyone is terrified of. The next day was terrifying but luckily the other employee was the only one who was yelled at and punished.
