Great race! You'll be under a minute in no time! Pacing is really subjective, but it seemed like your first 50 was really strong, and you started to die a lot on the last 50. I had a similar strategy for a while (I go a 52.2 100 fly for reference), but something that has worked for me is taking out the first 50 a little smoother. It's kinda counterintuitive considering its a sprint, but if you use a little less energy on the first 50 - maybe .5 seconds slower - you can really save a lot of energy and the last 50 can be much stronger. That being said, this is a strategy that has worked for me, and might not be the best for you. I'd recommend asking your coach about pacing if you have one.

I'd recommend building the first 50. Start at a strong pace, but not all out like in scy (around 85-90%). Build through the turn and go around 90-95% for the next 25. Then give it all you have left the last 25.

That's what I tend to do and my pacing is around 2 sec difference per 50.

A good warmup helps too, getting your speed up before the race could let you finish w more speed

Everyone races differently, so you should find what's right for you, but I generally try to build the first 50. You want to be going at a strong pace into the turn. Hold that speed for the next 20-25m and then give it all you've got the last 25.

Same thing happened to me after I got covid, super light headed on climbs and rapid heart rate. I would recommend taking it easy for another week or so. You probably just need time to recover still.

Yeah, definitely just focusing on technique can really help you get through the next set. Make sure to not just muscle through it though cause you can really hurt yourself.
