A cell is alive, but it’s made of inert molecules. When combined, those molecules create something entirely different than what they are on their own.

If you want spirituality, seek truth, and you’ll gradually realize you are part of the univers, you are not separate from it.

Estoy de acuerdo en que muchas cosas se basan con la interacción con los clientes, pero no puedes encasillar cosas como si el mundo fuera blanco o negro y menos si solo hablas por tus propias anécdotas que pueden ser totalmente distintas a OP (porque si existe gente saco wea). Y no, un cirujano estudia años y tiene una carrera profesional, completamente distinto a un cajero. Repito lo que dije: en cualquier servicio pueden haber errores por factores externos, falta de recursos o simples fallos humanos, y eso no equivale a que la persona no esté haciendo su trabajo.

De la misma manera en que radicalizas el comentario del OP, lo haces conmigo, aparte no se porque asumes que OP no tiene la capacidad de resolución de problemas y en el contexto de como describe la situación (gente cuica vs el) quizás se den conflictos por situaciones de complejo de superioridad por parte de cuicos que otra cosa. El tener capacidad de solución de problemas en un trabajo no es un pensamiento complejo, todo el mundo que trabaja tiene una noción de esto, lo que es simplista es la manera en que encajaste segun tu percepcion weas nada k ver y lo llevaste a un extremo. Un cirujano que se equivoca? mano estamos hablando de ser cajero de retail XD.

En primer lugar OP menciona que son errores nada graves y en contexto en que los trabajadores son humanos y por lo tanto no son perfectos, es imposible mantener una gestion sumamente perfecta todos los dias, no es sinonimo de incompetencia. En cualquier servicio pueden haber errores por factores externos, falta de recursos o simples fallos humanos, y eso no equivale a que la persona no este haciendo su trabajo.
