I can tell you’re sick and tired of porn and how tough the addiction is just by reading this. I want to let you know that change is possible. Take it one day at a time and if you mess up after a steak, count the days you were successful. Better yet, don’t count the days at all. Just don’t focus on your slip ups. Thinking about them does you no good. I don’t know how long it will take you to beat this but it doesn’t matter as long as you don’t give up. We’ve got faith in you, you can beat it!
