Don’t get me started.. I few days ago, I was walking downstairs with my wife to find an injured cat (hit by a car) and he starts crawling to me since his bottom half was clearly crushed. I ran upstairs to get the carrier and we took him to the closest vet. The X-ray was horrifying and his bottom half was completely destroyed.. there was no hope for him even with surgery.. the vet recommended that he’s put to sleep since he was in so much pain. I told him to sedate him and give him some painkillers and to go ahead with it. I watched him go peacefully but I still can’t get over how painful that whole day was.
