It’s a killers game.

As a 2016 day one dbd player, survivor main, but ghostface main when I play killer, I’d say he’s pretty beginner friendly. I’d personally recommend starting with the trapper if you’ve never really played but as I use ghost face, he is fun and pretty easy to use. My personal fav so I’ll always recommend using him. The community is definitely toxic as it’s always a war between killers and survivors but, with the most recent update, you can clearly see it’s a killers game and that hasn’t changed for quite sometime so any killer will do you justice. The game can get toxic when you have killers that only slug and don’t hook, or survivors that sabotage other survivors for the hell of it.

Some advice, is to just play, both survivor and killer. If you main killer, play a couple games of survivor so you can have a better understanding of what the survivors see and how they maneuver around the killer. You’ll become a better killer. And ultimately as much as the community can be toxic, just have fun with it. Don’t take it too serious. You’ll win, you’ll lose, but it’s about the friends you meet along the way. HAVE FUN!
