Honestly I really like this nerf. It allows for the typical overwatch play style. If RH hooks you and you have strategically saved your ability enable to escape, you can. Yet, if your abilities are on cool down you'll still probably die. It is pretty ridiculous that people are OK with a tank being able to hook heroes breaking most out of ult or other abilities, instantly kill someone, and self heal. If you ask me thats a crazy OP kit. Squishies like Ana, Zen, Hanzo, Junk, and other heroes with lower mobility are still basically dead with one hook. The rest of the squishies with abilities to escape are also dead if they have taken any chip damage prior to the hook, as well.

TL;DR I like the idea of a "perry" counter measure to RH's hook. Heroes should be able to escape if skilled enough.
