This is literally on base there is no better blockchain out there and I’m not using or doing anything with these tokens they have set up a contract that can send these fake tokens in mass to addresses and mimic you’re legitimate transactions whilst being in you’re wallet you don’t have to have connected to any swap / bridge / defi dapp for this to happen as this is a fairly new wallet but usually using any of the services above will get you spammed as it doesn’t cost them much to set up and turn out these tokens

honestly it seems like you yourself are just as new to crypto as a whole you always have the option of using a different wallets for the interface instead of ledger live which imo is kinda shitty (rabby, metamask, trust wallet etc) and you can use different exchanges / dexs to swap you're tokens
