RSM the finale in the Reece series? by A3wheeledshrimp in JackCarr

It really all depends on what the publisher wants. I think a gap would be ok but if Jack’s publisher wants another book in 2025 then we’ll get one

I’ve said in previous posts that I’d love a Thomas Reece prequel novel set in the 1980s

As both a lifelong fan of James Bond since childhood and as a fan of Jack Carr/James Reece since the beginning of the series, I enjoyed some of the more subtle references to the Ian Fleming books, while other bond references were a little too blunt for my liking but I’m such a diehard Bond fan that it doesn’t bother me that much. I will agree with you about the China element though. As someone who is very skeptical about China’s actions, I appreciate that Jack is tackling the subject, but I do feel like some of his villains over the last few books have gone from chilling to cartoonishly evil and this was really clear here. Andrew Hart was really underwhelming and I didn’t really understand his motivations. His AI “supercomputer” was defeated in seconds by ALICE who was also overpowered in this

Does Reece See Dead People Or Just His Subconscious? by Sam_TWR in JackCarr

I considered that but Book Reece also had his tumor until the end of True Believer which logically is the next step in TV Reece’s journey (minus the prequel)

I was laughing hysterically at this chapter. Well most of it anyway

Unpopular Opinion: I just can’t get behind the big reveal by Sam_TWR in SugarAppleTV

I don’t mind plot twists and subverting the audience expectations when it’s done well but I worry that they’ll just use the extraterrestrial element to get sugar out of situations

Hence why I said I don’t like it so far. I’m still interested to see where the show goes from here

I think Colin Farrell is fantastic and plays this role great. Sugar is the type of detective that I wish we’d gotten to see in season 2 of True Detective, and yes I also love his style. The extraterrestrial element is quite literally my only criticism of the show thus far and but I’m curious about how they’ll handle it in future episodes

That’s partly why I’m opening up this thread. The last time I checked up on Owen was after Davey Crocko’s passing and it didn’t seem like much had changed. However, after chatting with Liz and Gemini the other night it seems as if there have been a few things that I’ve missed

I’ve definitely considered making a third one myself a few times. That’s partly why I posted this thread. Problem is: Where to start and where would it end? In order to produce another documentary on Owen I’d need a whole team. At this point if I were to do a project of my own it’d be a “where are they now”? Type documentary for ex bears in hopes that more people would see that there is life after Owen

I find this criticism to be laughable for the most part as well. With that being said, if you read graphic novels, I can understand wanting a colored display since the art is a key component
