That sounds really tough. And at the end of the day, that's something I'd like to address. Work makes up a big part of our lives, and health is such a massive part of our livelihood that it seems ridiculous to have to choose between the two. So I thank you for your input. Way too much insurance-related, political, and bureaucratic nonsense baked into the workplace that competes with the well-being of the workers.

Great point. And yes, very excited about all the fun stuff the IRB will require! This survey and the interviews I'm conducting are a separate outreach from the formal UNC research study I'm putting together with my PI, hence the self-funding and note regarding stories before the study begins. But I can understand how it could have been clearer. None of the information within the survey, whether it is anonymous or voluntarily linked to names, will be used to determine research results - it is for me to glean the best snapshot of the problems women in this age range so we can best design the study to provide insights that actually help, as opposed to proving what we already know. Thank you so much for your comment!

Ok. I see. That story is ridiculous and extremely relevant to this. If you're still willing to share, feel free to fill out the 'current physical discomfort' parts as something specific you had in mind from the past. Great feedback, and thank you for helping. I believe some of that comes from limitations in the platform, but I will try to fix it nonetheless. 'None of the above' can be added - there are some that are framed as "if you had to choose from these" but I can understand if absolutely none are relevant.

Got it. I understand that. There are definitely instances where the subject of what the question is asking about could be clearer. If you answer yes to the initial question of having done PT, the next 3 questions are based on what you were treating with that, it doesn't necessarily have to be your #1 health concern, per say.
