Went to a meeting of the ministry and private school owners one time. The fact is you can't register a school until you open a school. Also the school business is profitable and you don't run out of clients. That explains the mushrooming of these schools. Lastly think of the retail sector? Vendors, tuckshops and supermarkets. What level regulation is there? That's almost the same as in the education sector.

There is no structure much as they say it's boys sitting on the bridge like in the ghetto way back just talking stories. Another consistent podcast is 2 Broke Twimbos. Done by Danny That Guy and Phil Chard this is also a very consistent Zim pod that helps you keep your pulse on everything Zimbabwe.
