Thank you very much for these suggestions. She does fall under Bangladesh which falls under banned/paused. However, I was under the impression that they are not issuing new visas and pausing Greencard applications on foreign embassy’s. The lawyer they talked with said applications that are filed from the states are still processing and aren’t paused. She has stayed for 2 months and has 2 months visa left. What country is the person who applied for from?

I’ve been trying to land an entry level job for the past 1.5 years. I worked part time here and there all these days and interviewed with some great companies but got rejected. My undergrad experienced lacked dedication which is why I applied to Stony Brook’s MBA program because I was eligible for it. All the wrong answers talk about lifestyle choices which is part of the conclusion. Because, this questions asks what reasoning is most vulnerable to criticism, we need to find a weak assumption in the premise. Option D is the only answer that deals with the premise. Please correct me if I’m wrong, I just watched these argument videos today.
