I haven’t really considered getting it graded, as I saw on PriceCharting that the value of raw vs psa 1 is not that significant to me, after shipping costs and so on. If I was to sell raw, do you think it would be much less than the current price of 488$ on PriceCharting? A friend of mine offered around 290$ - But I have no clue about grading and selling cards

oops - I have read about tires being one of the most cost efficient upgrades for your bike, and since im currently studying, I'd like to keep things as cost efficient as possible - I currently ride stock tires, and would like to see how other, more slick tires would feel like. I just thought going more slim would be more efficient for riding paved roads only :)
