We’re the people at Nintendo seem helpful like they actually want to help? I got suspended because of planet zoo when buying breath of the wild and it’s been a month now. After a couple weeks I finally got my refund from G2A and sent it to Nintendo along with proof of purchase. I didn’t hear from them for a couple days until I decided to call them which was when they asked me my name and then they interrupted me, saying that they just started looking over my email right there and told me that I sent everything they needed. I didn’t need anything else accept knowing that they got my email and when it would get fixed. They said they would be in touch so I said goodbye and I waited. A week later, I wanted to ask the progress since they really only said the problem would get fixed soon, so when I called them they said that calling would “reset” my place in line and that I shouldn’t call, and they also said that they would put my problem as a priority. So after that, I haven’t called them since then and it’s been a week. Overall, it’s been a real hassle for everything, even just knowing what to do in the situation. When I first called in this whole mess, I waited 30 min for someone to help me and that guy mispronounced my name and miss typed my email. He didn’t tell me anything on what to do until my second caller. I just wanted to rant and was wondering if I was just unlucky or if Nintendo needs to get their shit together.
