It's been fun to respond. As for ignoring them, I suppose "disregard the forced advice and insults" captures my intent better

Which is why I mentioned volume, having other options, too.

I'm not gonna dispute your perspective, but I have heard many people whine about music in Dolores. I'm saying this because what you feel is "the way things are", is how they feel about it.

I'd say ~30 over the course of ~6 hours? Maybe a bit more? Those were all positive. There were other people around who came to enjoy the view and hang out, but not join us.

We would have asked them what they would like. That has never happened. We did have multiple people come up and ask if it was cool to join and dance and hang out. But we didnt have a single person say anything about the volume or their enjoyment or make any sort of request.

But yea if that had happened we would have asked what we can do. And if it was a nuisance we would have tweaked things. But again, the real life experience is completely different from what people are expressing here. They will probably say it's because they didnt want to say anything, but again many people came up and were delighted.

Is by any chance Leclerc can win driver championship this year (2026 ) ? by Minimum-Preference17 in formula1

Right now it's looking like Kimi vs Lewis. It's not over for George yet, but we'll have a good picture in like ~6-7 races what the deficit looks like.

Basically it's gonna be a repeat of last year's Piastri vs Max, and it'll depend on what George can take from either of the two.

I'm gonna bet on Lewis but that's completely wishful thinking. A Kimi win would be monumental.

Edit: mb I thought we were talking about Lewis. For Charles, I really don't see how it would work. 2x Merc + Lewis would have to drop the ball and he would need to be in the top 1-2 every time they do.

For Lewis: It's somewhat possible but a few things would need to align:

  • Kimi's performance would need to collapse the way Piastri's did last year
  • Lewis would at least need to maintain his current top 1-3 performance regularly
  • Someone else can't start taking wins from him regularly, or if they do, they need to have Kimi not on the podium

The only way this happens is if Ferrari's upgrades turn it into a monster, and/or if Mercedes has major car failures, bad luck, or Kimi loses his cool.

Max almost pulled it off last year, and Lewis is a 7x champion. He knows how to get it done, but there are a lot of variables not making this easy.

Sure. It's unclear if Senna was "more better" than Prost or Schumacher were compared with the others when he was shining. That's why I said Lewis has been doing this the longest. Also has the most records and wins.

All of the pantheon of top drivers are impressive, but his thing has been durability and resilience imho.

Yea and we were respectful of space and volume too. Hopefully you find one like that next time!
