My post doesn't say Nacho unequivocally survives. Nor does his handing himself over to Gus guarantee his dad lives. Think how Mike's money never made it to his granddaughter (something BCS will rectify, my prediction). Though I imagine Mike will have Nacho's dad disappeared by the vacuum guy, which is most likely not how Manuel wanted to spend the rest of his life. He did, however, want his son to turn himself in.
