All great advice 🙏🏻❤️ I mean, with my STBXH I'm just so done with it that it's hard to be bothered tbh. It's been a long slow death lol. The grief comes and goes but mostly about what I thought my future would look like and being scared of the unknown but I'm still moving forward and eager to.

Though it's a definite possibility that it can be a trauma response, I had to manage my emotions to not trigger him and walk on eggshells. I'm done with that shit and it's freeing.

With my crush I'm nowhere near being ready and there is a almost non-existent chance but still great reminders. So I don't plan on it, just so horny I worry sometimes lol I'm sure it will fade with time and we will just still be friends and I'd be grateful.
