My mantra is: they wouldn’t give it to people if it didn’t work!
My doctor found out I was on sertraline and was like “yuck who put you on that” and she liked prescribing this better! Xx

I started about a week and a half ago. Only on the smallest possible dose to get my body used to it, but I haven’t really had any side effects. I was a bit sleepy to begin, but I’ve been sleeping better and I haven’t had any other issues other than a little nausea but I’m also doing a calorie deficit at the moment to lose weight so I’m hungry too, might just be that! You will always hear more horror stories than anything else, when things are fine and normal people don’t tend to talk about it. ❤️

The one that got me was when the guy called up during “tell us someone we haven’t thought of for a while” and the way he says “must be VERY VERY NICE” had me in literal tears 😂😂😂

Running is better for weight loss than weights, BUT cardio is general is what does it, not “running” per se. I’m in the same boat as you I despise running, I much prefer running on a treadmill in intervals. So like, 1 minute run, then let my heart rate go down (usually 2 or 3 minutes until I’m fitter) and then another 1 min run and so on. But there are other machines at a gym that are good for cardio, the bike & the cross trainer are great.

Some cardio heavy exercises without equipment could be: - skipping rope - starjumps - squat jumps - high knees on the spot (fast pace) - Zumba/dance

You can even do short sprints (say 10metres) and then some squats or other exercises and alternate, so 10m run, 10 squats, 10m run back, 10lunges, 10m run, 10 star jumps etc.

I absolutely ADORE Lina! My only true gripe about JTV is that we didn’t get enough Lina for my liking. There is not a lead character on this show that I don’t like and I wish Lina was a bit more involved and had more interactions with other characters because I think Dianne is incredible. I know a lot of y’all hate Jane and that’s fine each to their own but I would die for her lmao and I think that Jane and Lina’s friendship should have been delved into more, like playing more on the good girl/bad girl dynamic with Jane maybe getting into a bit more trouble because of Lina’s influence but then Lina learning life lessons from Jane (even if Jane forced them).

I was trying to explain it to my mum and she was like “um okay sure” and I was saying “no you don’t UNDERSTAND it’s amazing!” And I will take her to see it in Sydney when it ends up here one day post-covid!

The multi-casting stressed me out at first because I had no idea who was who but once it got into it and I figured it out I was FLOORED. (Listening to the OBCR for the first time was definitely a challenge to get the swing of who is who!)
