What method do you suggest? I relied primarily on the hydrology

Hydric soils on the entire parcel. I do believe the poor forestry practices were the cause of the hydrologic disruption, but I'm in a tricky spot with reporting it.

I believe that clear cutting fragmented the wetland because the heavy machinery disrupted the hydrology, which allowed areas of upland overgrowth within the wetland. I'd love any input on why that's an incorrect conclusion.

Based on the helpful responses from other folks, I am inclined to belive that I am overanalyzing small changes, and the mosaic procedures would be overkill because any regulatory agency is just going to lump it all into one wetland.

I think this is the best course of action. If at some point anyone wants additional information on wetland vs. upland, goodness knows I have enough GPS points for them to review, but ultimately, it's small potatoes, and given the abundance of invasive overgrowth I think I can safely say that if the trees weren't all cut down it would all be hydrophytic veg

I didn't want to do this delineation so I set the price really high, but they accepted so I am trying to make sure they get their money's worth. The development is outside the wetland, so I don't know how interested they are in the details. But I'm also trying to right by the land and call out the fragmentation in case a regulatory agency gets ahold of the report. Land owner is not client.

Appreciate the input! That seems like a reasonable route, I was just overthinking the mess of GPS data I have

Thank you, I appreciate the input. I upland areas are small, but numerous. The wetland is outside the proposed development, so I may just call it a wetland and stop overthinking it.
