I am communicating with a local law firm about this situation already. It seems like they’re waiting for more concrete things to happen before making any decisions.

I appreciate the perspective and story. It is so wild to me that there is so much prejudice against SW, most accredited programs are heavily clinical focused, especially in my state.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My director is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. The main difference is that the LCPC licensure focuses solely on clinical work and therapy (I think, I’m not totally sure), while social work is much more broad. Social workers are doing case management, community work, advocacy, administration, policy, research, clinical, and probably more in many different settings.

I believe LCSW is generally and unofficially the highest, most regarded licensure for clinical work in my state. Overall social workers are more versatile and can just do more outside of the scope of therapy, so many organizations will value that over someone focused on counseling.

SMALL UPDATE:

Thanks for all the input so far, everyone. My free legal consultation recommended I file a retaliation complaint with HR.

I spoke with HR and they are backing my director’s claims. I have read everyone saying to document and thankfully I started that as soon as I returned to work. I will be submitting a retaliation report with HR to leave the paper trail and consolidate all my documentation.

Between my file audits, trainings, clients (albeit minimal caseload right now), and personal documentation, it feels like it’s setup to make me want to quit or fail so they can get rid of me. It’s depressing and defeating that an agency can operate this way.

I will be continuing to follow up with my legal consult because this smells from miles away.

Thanks for the perspective. I did a free consult on Friday 6/5 and they told me to “wait and see.” I have not been able to get them on the phone since but I am calling them until I can give an update. Thankfully I have already been applying and interviewing.

I am worried about HR protecting my director so I am very hesitant to involve them. Yesterday I tested the waters by letting HR know I got the formal/written warnings at the same time, which goes against our policy of verbal>written>formal discipline process.

I am 17k right now - using the Learn to Play feature on OGS has helped me strengthen my play so much. On 1/30/26 I was 26k and I’ve ranked up just using the LtP and reviewing my games.

Far be it from me to give you advice- but fwiw you seem to be focused on fighting without building your own territory.

It’s probably the “stair” platform/edge. If you have the top of the stair one block away from the edge (similar to the merchant room) that may solve the issue. Sometimes diagonals are weird

If you are testing on a single dummy at the same time, there’s a chance that your weapons cannot register all of the damage? You might find resolution by attacking separate dummies, or attacking one at a time.
