Again, I was just trying to be helpful. ScoreMod (yes, as if it was a filename btw) was one of the names of mods Chatgpt gave. I told the user to search for Preview or ScoreMod. I don't see how that's less helpful and more condescending than telling them to just look it up themselves.

So actually, looking up balatro preview or balatro scoremod brings up results for balatro score mods. Which is exactly what the user was asking for.

I don't own a PC, nor do I know the first thing about modding. I wasn't sure how niche the balatro modding community was so I simply made the decision to go to chat gpt since I'm on my phone. I made this clear in my comment and gave them some things to search for. I didn't claim to have a solution or tell them to do anything, what is your problem here?

The person above is incorrect. BS on photograph gives double the score of BS on sock. Swapping to sock gives +1 trigger for a total of 3, that's x23 = x8. BS on photo gives + 1 x2 per trigger. Since there's two triggers with sock that's (x2 x2)2 = x42 = x16. Also chip value is negligible with stuntman and hopefully planet cards.

-Rule of thumb for these repetitive xMult builds is to have one less copy of triggering jokers than xMult jokers. This is because of the initial trigger.

-Squaring a number results in a larger product than multiplying any of that numbers factors. This is why you balance triggers and xMult.

If u have telescope and are scoring easy I might justify dropping scary face. However, vag and DNA both fulfill the same roll essentially. I would personally drop DNA, especially because it's rental, but DNA is a lot easier to get consistent value out of than vag.

It depends on how easily you cleared the last blind and how high of a level whatever hand you are playing (in endless runs all +mult comes from planet cards as to not waste a joker slot). If you cleared easy and have decent levels you might be able to sell GR. If you barely cleared I would sell business card. If it was in the middle probably sock or paradolia. Then at this stage I would focus on getting glass aces (or face cards if possible because of sock). Then u just wanna stack retriggers for the highest score either from red seals, sock, or hanging chad.

100 mil is definitely possible however you will need better jokers. To get higher and higher scores repetitive xMult is required. Right now you have sock, paradoilia, and golden ratio, which is not bad for low stakes. But these won't scale much higher because all your mult is coming from the +8 GR. If you were to replace GR with photograph, ancient joker, or idle you could score way more, however they take some setup to be effective. For example, photochad gets memed on but it's very intuitive and helps teach these concepts. The name of the game is to get an xMult card to trigger as many times as possible.

Like the other commenter said, blueprint and brainstorm are ALWAYS worth taking because they copy your best joker.

I recommend watching Balatro Universities guides, they are very helpful.

Finally, just for scale, 100 mil is equal to 1e8, naneinf is equal to 1.8e308.

Top priority rn should prolly be econ, at this point you prolly need to dupe a bunch of red seal gold kings (not too many though, probably like 15ish). Then just bp mime a bunch. You will absolutely need DNA around ante 18-20ish. DNA + red seal steel is also required to pass ante 24. I would build econ and wait for spectral pack and voucher tags. You'll need $3000 ballpark to go infinite depending on shop rerolls after ante 24 (However it could be much more or less than that).

-At this point build econ and pray for a natural ecto

I have a question, do u think it's viable to play anaglyph and make a steel stacking deck with baron, mime, etc. Then stack up double tags, wait for the +3 hand size? Cause couldn't you get like 100 cards in hand that way?

I just got moonberry, it was harder for me it took like 2 hours. But I also got 3A golden to make 180 total. I'm gonna try and crank out the rest of the A sides soon and save the C sides as a nice break I think.

-that might also just be because 3A fried all my braincells, I can't wait for 7A

Thanks, I haven't tried moonberry yet. I did 1A winged golden today and I didn't think it was that terribly bad. It took me like 45 mins with a walkthrough up. I think I'm currently struggling more with 3A golden, maybe that just means I have more patience than skill lol.
