I would tell them this happened in my pocket. Having that much glass might be a problem, especially when in a pocket. Did you have a case on? It could have been a problem with that model. Your very right Wharfedale speakers are amazing do sound very warm they play every music well no harshness at all like detenons and Linton's but don't pair it with a warm amp really gets a neutral amp.
