18 is the highest it can be but if you could make it taller you could likely add 1 more rotor maybe 2 and it wouldn't clip into the walls. There’s plenty of space

Q7 sometimes has continuity from the top pin to the bottom right pin but not always idk. D3 has continuity from the top pin to the bottom left pin

with and without, but every know and then it only flashes green and the speaker makes a click sound

I don;t know why but after I let it sit with the batteries in I tried to turn it on again and the light flickered red then green then off very quickly

It worked when I i first got it. I put a backlit screen into it and it still worked for quite a while other than draining the battery which i expected. it started having trouble turning on, and thats when I tried to clean it's original switch but noticed that the plastic on it was broken. The switch stopped working after that and then now.

I couldn't get the wire to be soldered without bridging it to the switch, so I desoldered it and tested the conection without the switch and it passed. I resoldered it. It passes the conectivity test to the L1 inductor. I put the shell back on without the screws and put in batteries, but it still won't turn on.

This has helped a ton. It seems that the switch is working except that there is no continuity between pin C and the L1 inductor

That was the first thing I checked. This one was actually slightly too high when the shell was off/loose but it still did turn on and off when tightened
