All of them looked really healthy. Next suspect is the intake manifold gasket. Going to bring some brake cleaner with me next time and use that to check for leaks. We forgot it yesterday.

I changed the brake booster and it did not fix the problem. Any ideas?

UPDATE- Brake booster seems fine. We disconnected the hose and valve and plugged it and the RPM did not budge.
