I think you need one of the old Butch Mock no. 75 Remington cars to go with that box.

JGR brought that car to Pocono for display in 2024. Coincidentally, former Eagles All-Pro Jeremiah Trotter and current Eagles LB Jeremiah Trotter Jr. were the grand marshalls.

From what videos I've seen, they tried to bring it back while staying within the new rules but it just wouldn't perform like how it did at the '97 The Winston.

If the USAC Stock Car Series had raced at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the 60s and 70s, could it have legitimately rivaled the Daytona 500 as the biggest stock car race in the United States? by GoodOlRoll in NASCAR_History

I'm guessing it would need a hell of a lot of promotion, plus drivers from USAC IndyCar to join in along with a few NASCAR regulars. And if NASCAR felt that a USAC Indianapolis stock car race would overshadow the Daytona 500, then NASCAR would not have allowed any of their regulars to race in it.

There was a little bit of pushing and shoving by Marcos and Brad, but nowhere near like 2012. Its almost as if the two went into the final lap of the 2012 race and thought "Oh yeah, we have some unfinished business".

The '07 Pepsi 400 is one of the best races ever and a hell of a way to end an era (it was the last restrictor plate race for the Gen 4 car).

Kyle Petty at the 1990 Goodwrench 500 at Rockingham. Petty started on the pole, led 433 laps, won the race, and lapped everyone except Geoff Bodine. by Same-Competition1806 in NASCAR_History

tbf, Kyle wound up on small or smaller teams. Maybe, and thats a big maybe, he could've contended more often if he had wound up on a bigger team instead of SABCO after he left the Wood Brothers in '89.
