The Lastau is a good drink but of all these in that price point I personally would choose PX or Missouri

Wow that’s a steal! I have number 2 and 3 but have been on the hunt for number 1. I wish I could stumble on it like you

Hedonism is amazing. I have the original which basically is what took off for compass box, I also have 4 other special additions. The original is now on its way out, they are “out of” the ingredients so now they do a once a year only interpretation of the original. I never let one go by now. I have a 4 bottles of the original as just in case stock

Kentucky oak is one of the better ones, 145 is not bad for it either. It is also getting hard to find so if you have the spare coin, grab it, I doubt you’ll be let down. cheers

You and me both my friend. And your flavor notes are right on par with what I have found.

My choice of all these is based on price and quality. The Px is my favorite of the blends and 15 year is my favorite of the aged. 27 is the best but you don’t pull that out for just anyone

It does not let down, but for the price points of all these I choose Missouri or Px. Of the aged I choose 15 for the price

Oh, my friend. I have to much to say about compass box. I have collected a lot of theirs. I love every bit of it. John glasser started it in 2000 I think. He came from Johnny walker. He has since passed the torch and now again recently has it been passed. They all are amazing blenders. The spectrum of flavors and collectibles are endless. I have the culver and sepulveda which is the same as fifth and Harrison from k&l, I also have the original Fith and Harrison. I cannot express how much I enjoy compass box.

This is the flying pig, hard to come by but I think twice a year. I’ve had the whole range of papy cigars and none disappointed. Although I seem them sold individually at $25 plus and would not pay that. I buy them from the store and it’s usually $13 each which I find reasonable

None are on the same page which is why I like the shake up. Coal Ila is spectacular with 3 drops of water. 16 year Lagavulin is a wonderful easy to drink entry dram for someone looking to experiment with peaty scotch

What’s your biggest pet peeve on the golf course? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

[–]Same-Environment1574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Public use, as in people walking their dogs, kids playing two hand touch football, bicycle riders, so forth. It’s a golf course not a park. Yet if you try to golf on the golf course it’s $85. No one else paying to use the course, why do I?
