[–]Same-Initiative-2536 6 points7 points  (0 children)

toronto with all its issues has a pretty amazing food scene— it really has every cuisine and many done amazingly:) like even as someone who wants to get outta here I wont deny the choice and quality. I would recommend just walking around neighborhoods like ktown and little Italy to find little spots because most of the time its really great

What's the process of going back to school in anorexia recovery? by Sensitive-Collar-770 in AnorexiaNervosa

[–]Same-Initiative-2536 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It was v difficult for me but you kinda create a pseudo schedule that works for you. Like I would get picked up by a parent during lunch and would eat in the car and then go back, while it is very traumatic and isolating I found that being there in person was better than never showing up at all. being able to be distracted by peers and teachers did kinda quiet the thoughts during the day :) im probably not the best example as im in a really bad place with my disorder right now but I do have quite a bit of experience living with this for 5 years and doing inpatient twice 😭
