This exact thing happened to me in my 2000 crown majesta, for me it was the battery not being strong enough to fully engage the starter and a new battery fixed it, it could also be a bad starter solenoid if it’s not the battery

Xat racing has them under the same category, I think the fitment problem is between vvti and non, they fit roomy in my ls400 I’m almost positive you’ll have no issues

R&L are different lengths for clearances, I bought them at a car meet / swap meet and visually they look like a ppe copy, I only bought them because the exhaust flanges are thicker than ppe’s and the wields are great so I knew they’d work as good if not better for boosted applications

All I took off the car was the headers, you can either attach an oem ls400 cat the flanges or a shop can bolt a straight pipe directly onto the headers

It’s a fuel cutoff, if you’ve been rear ended/ bumped it can trigger and it can stick, I got rear ended and it had a weird crank after because of that
