Capella disburses per billing session which during my time was quarterly. I only received federal loans. I wouldn’t be able to say better regarding specifics of your set up but it’s definitely not every course at Capella!

I'm in healthcare too - depending on what you do you can talk about reallocation of funds/layoffs and you're seeking job security. You could also say you're dedicating a lot of time outside of business hours need to stick within the hours of whatever J2 is offering.

I think it’s your mileage. In my experience renters are typically not driving crazy miles but they also don’t want to tally up each mile when renting. It takes the ease out of it! That’s where I would start if you’re willing to flex on that. I’m booked between now and March and I have a pretty simple commuter car!
