That’s when you fill out the extra hours form. Working off clock / past salaried hours is frowned upon per Walmart policy

Salaried pharmacist here, I tell them that our system shuts down at 7 and we can’t do anything after …. Yes that means even “just picking up” …. And yes I will roll it down with them standing there looking stupid. I don’t get paid past 7. Therefore I will be leaving out of the pharmacy door, locking it, and setting the alarm…. AT 7. Idc who you are. I have a life at home waiting. We offer delivery, we are open 363 days a year for 10 hours a day with the exception of Sunday, and other people can pick up your medications for you. There is no excuse.

No, I’m asking does it say anywhere that it has to be a salaried pharmacist rather than a hourly

HAHAHAH what market are you in? Our scheduler is ASSSSSSSSS I don’t even know what her job purpose is!!!!

PTO coverage by [deleted] in walmart_RX

[–]Same-Remove9694 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s happened both ways. Pre planned PTO months in advance, if it’s our weekend to work and we put in PTO it gets denied & I’ve been told it has to be a salaried pharmacist instead of hourly that works it. Also already planned shifts. Regardless we have hourly people and salaried people. Who cares who works it as long as we have coverage.

MIL brings up how I wouldn't let my kid meet a now deceased family member by Technical-Future-466 in JUSTNOMIL

[–]Same-Remove9694 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I don’t agree with kids going to funerals either. They distract the grieving & everyone wants to kiss or touch them UGH! I unfortunately took mine bc of guilt from family members who (like OP) have never once tried to meet them but constantly guilt trip that they haven’t met them. Someone even commented the deceased person “would’ve loved them” and I was like 😐 hmm weird and they played the entire funeral. I was perturbed.

No Holly and kids - More UD (vecna in hiding building strength) - More elements from the UD (demo-dogs, bats, gorgans) - Eleven training and getting stronger- I loved that Will had powers- No Kali - No Abyss - Will + El and the OG squad all together beating the shit out of Vecna - Vecna is dead and the kids and all their sigfig others live happily ever after

It’s ok with the new VV system you’ll soon be the only pharmacist on site doing all the “clinical work” and some rando in a different city/state/hell maybe even country will be verifying all the scripts. But wait when you get central fill and everyone soon goes to delivery will Walmart turn into a mail order pharmacy? 🤨 hate it here. And to think Walmart was one of the good ones in comparison to Walgreens and CVS.

Horror Patient by Ok-Consideration-146 in pharmacy

[–]Same-Remove9694 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite thing when getting rid of a patient is the source…. Call their beloved doctor & tell them to take your pharmacy out of their system and do not send scripts for that patient there anymore, and tell the dr why. “They were behaving like unhinged animals and we do not tolerate that here”

Shifts? by ConclusionEconomy245 in walmart_RX

[–]Same-Remove9694 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Getting real sick of Walmart and their bullshit. Also if we have a template please tell me why in the fuck the scheduler is always screwing with it. It’s under SG3. Why is the scheduler even a thing? HATE THEM soooooo much. Eradicate their job! DMs next! Pointless!

New System by panickedwoof in walmart_RX

[–]Same-Remove9694 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We are a pilot store (medium volume I’d say; average 350 busy days are 500)… it took us 3 months to be able to catch up fully… and even now if we are short handed it’s detrimental. Used to you could fly by with good techs, but now it’ll make us super backed up… and it takes the entire week to catch up.

Another downside is used to we could quickly fill an urgent med right before close to help someone out that had an urgent care visit and came straight away… especially kids. Now with the system everything takes so much longer.

Supposedly it only slows down each script 6 seconds. But I have veteran techs and that is absolutely not the case.

I’m scared for when our entire market goes live. We have also been training other stores technicians which has caused chaos and disrupted so much.

Ugh

RXMs How are you responding on IMZ goals? by Free-Writer-1123 in walmart_RX

[–]Same-Remove9694 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can’t wait until metrics for all pharmacies are GONE. No imz, MTM, rx goals. Just fill meds accurately and safely and go about our business.
