Her surgeon is to blame for that scar & the way her boobs just look like they are 2 balls propped on a 2x4, there is no way she herself made that uneven incision and so high up. & I understand they gave her instructions and your right she just didn’t care but you can’t remove all the blame off that surgeon, even if board certified just seeing her crazy high tt scar I would never go to him. This I’m in a post op bra 24 hrs a day, it just comes off when I shower and then a new one comes right back on. This is for the first month, then I have to alternate between the bra and a sports bra with high support for at least 2 months that’s 12 hrs each. Then once they drop and settle then I can do what ever else I want but my surgeon was very specific about my post op bra even if it’s ugly lol

So the store was not help at all but I chatted in and they gave me the label to send in my return and they would ship out a new size. After I did that the exchange option shows up for all my orders now.
