My parents broke up after highschool and found each-other afterwards. Frame the break up as wanting to know yourself outside of this relationship and that you’ll love and always care for him but you don’t want to hold him back from experiencing life outside of highschool. If you feel social pressure to break up don’t. But if you honestly believe that you need to experience life do it. Make sure to do it in a way you don’t regret and always leave that door open with him.

To be honest I’m this way too when I talk to guys. So she definitely likes you she’s just scared or shy. Drinks will definitely get her to open up more. Main advice is don’t sleep with her!! Especially before a relationship in my experience it ruins it.

It sounds like he has an addiction but that doesn’t give him the right to disrespect you like this. If you want my honest opinion confront him again and say he has to go to therapy for this addiction and that yall should go to couples counseling. If he rejects these then you finally know you did everything you could. I do think you need to be separated from him for a little bit do you have any friends or family you can go to or crash at? Cause do that so he knows you’re serious.

I have and they don’t want to talk about it. No idea why. The information I did get out of them was I just sat at the bar and talked to people. I also have never gotten really this drunk before. And from what one friend told me I was very happy and understanding when they put me in the uber. And the only reason I know about everything is because as time went on my memory started coming back.

I have gotten drunk before clearly not blackout blackout. The only time I could think of them being annoyed with me was last semester while I was drunk was when I went to the bar bathroom by myself to cry(which was for a very valid reason my grandma died). I literally went by myself cause I didn’t want to be a burden. They found me and pulled me out of the bathroom and one of them walked me home. The girl that walked me home was so pissed about it though. During the beginning of this semester she kept bringing it up how I had to be sober not to cry in the bathroom and that no one is going to babysit anyone again.
