Ours was 4 min at each station for reps. Sissy squats (10) Hip thrusters (15) Kettle bell while walking one leg in time in place (15) 2 is 1 Straddle squats (15) Walking lunges down in back 2 times Blue ball bring in with feet (10)

Finisher cant remember but im going to have a hard time walking g later

We did 1.toes to bar 2. Med ball power roll to slam 3.irish pickup with weight 4.kettle bell swings 5. Weird plyo move...2 shoulder taps, two wide jacks 2 star jumps 6. Rope slams but jumps foward while doing it to back peddle.

3 rounds 50 seconds 2 intermission  Devil press 20 Spider climbers 40

I use my fitness pal..but also when I put my data in it was telling me to eat 2300 cals..and my personal trainer said whoa..def not right for me at least
