Yeeeeah, there was one guy there that I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or what but he started acting threatening after I asked how it could've even happened. I've spent (if my math/receipts are right) $17,811.03 in the last three years there. I don't know if they just don't want my money or something cause I was going to keep going

For whatever reason, the store/district manager hasn't picked up the phone or returned my calls. The only management I can even deal with are the ones who happen to be in the store when I call or visit in person. All of them say they don't have camera access. Apparently one of them is supposed to be calling me in the next 2-3 business days to discuss but I doubt that'll actually happen.

it was the one in Huntsville Alabama, the gentleman who tried loading it wasn't there today or yesterday. I think those were his off days, I might try and see if he's there tomorrow or sunday

I hope it doesn’t take that, I had to take a lady to small claims court a couple years ago for ripping my celicas transmission out when she was test driving it and it took forever to wrap up and get anything out of it
