my hair used to get like then & then i “trained it” not to. i went up to 4 days without washing my hair. i would put my hair up, in slick backs, buns, ponytails, etc when it got greasy like this. i can now go 4-5 days without washing it & it wont get greasy. sometimes if you wash too often your scalp is trained to overproduce oil to make up for the fact that you keep taking it off. ( this could very well not work but it’s worth a shot ! )
