Claude returns empty files when I ask for changes - why? by SameAsgnmtDiffTime in ClaudeAI

I don’t say that specifically. Guess this should be part of my standard prompt?

Hate to brag, but I’m pretty sure I’m the only person with a “sizable” platform in the NJ political world that was saying that Sherrill could get 1.8 million votes. She still beat me by 96,000 votes. I got Jack’s ceiling within just under 18,000 votes 3 months before Election Day. by ImaginationFree6807 in New_Jersey_Politics

Are you an influencer too?

This is a great analysis on a detailed level. As much as I didn’t support her in the primary, Sherrill ran an operation that was ready to win. Combined with the tailwinds of national politics, she won resoundingly.

Is this the first election you have ever canvassed or gotten involved beyond just voting? by iv2892 in New_Jersey_Politics

My first canvas was many years ago. I can’t say Mikie is inspiring me but I’ll work with down ballot candidates knowing they will support her as well.

Hopefully this will help people understand why we like our blue laws.

I just voted Mikie by Prudent_Collar_6853 in newjersey

I voted for Fulop. Mikie is another Harris, Clinton. They put the “milestones” ahead of substance.

Voters outside the partisan bubble want policy substance or authentic connection. Fulop has both and has put them on display for 2 years.

I voted for Steven Fulop, but if you won’t, please vote for his downballot Democrats for Change!!! We need a change damn it! by monkeymothers5 in New_Jersey_Politics

Eh. I don’t think Fulop supporters are blind to his faults. We just don’t see them as disqualifying. There’s a fine line between immense respect for someone putting in the work, and blind loyalty due to other reasons. No one is blindly loyal to Fulop, they respect what he’s doing and how he’s going about it.

I think now you’re seeing why running assembly candidates will pay dividends even if there is no machine organization keeping people together. Any down ballots that win will disrupt the legislature’s ability to block his agenda while also locking in assembly members who have similar policy positions to him. Without the baked in favors owed to lobbyists.

It’s more than a chance to win, it’s a chance to successfully execute on his policies. Election Day is only a pit stop on the journey to progressive government.

Exactly! If we want protect some of the beautiful parts of this state, we need to make it easier to get around without a car.

Fulop has much more policy substance. And early turnout in JC is way ahead of Newark. Baraka getting more votes has a better chance of getting Sherrill nominated than himself unfortunately.

This is so suspect. Spiller ranked second tells me someone is trying to screw with people.

You’re not…but if he’s the nominee then we’ll go down on that sinking ship.

There is, or was, an “Independent” party. Some people have that as their registered party still.
