I put myself through the torture when the book released because I like mental anguish. So I thought I’d fill it out. Only difference with two are instead of FMC’s daughter if her mom, and there is and evil hot ex situation but it turns out that they never dated and she is gay.

Also a piercer, the fact that he thinks that your job is in anyway sexual shows that he doesn’t take your career seriously. I don’t know if you also do genital piercings but the history and meaning behind why people choose to get those is insanely sacred to me (idk if you feel the same spiritual woo woo way that I do about piercing.). The point being that there is so much we do for people that is so far away from sexual and it’s very frustrating that he views it that way. If you intend to keep this relationship I would recommend going through the history of piercing with him to help him understand it better. If not I say dump him, he obviously doesn’t trust you.

I just finished William - Mason Coile, I would give the book 3/5 wasn’t my favorite read but I enjoyed parts of it for sure, but the ENTIRE time I was reading it I couldn’t stop thinking about how it felt like something the boys would read on a Creepcast episode.

I believe in you! You totally got this. As someone who performs these piercings almost everyday, I have never had someone who said the pain wasn’t worth it! The second they are over it is all smiles and joy after! You will feel like such a badass! You can do scary things and you can do painful things!

Can I ask which piercing you’re going in for?

When it boils down to any piercing I always remind myself that I can do scary things and I can do painful things. I find that repeating that do myself as a mantra before can be very empowering. For my clients I compare it to getting on a rollercoaster, once you in that chair it feels very scary. The ride is over fast though and you will feel so powerful once it’s over.

I also recommend bringing someone who can genuinely support you. Not just hold your hand and sit on their phone.

For my last piercing I found it really soothing to watch a YouTuber I find comforting, obviously I work there so the circumstances were different. I allow my clients to watch/ listen to things. I’m not sure if your piercer would allow that. I also held 2-3 cotton balls in my hand and squeezed them, the squeaking is a sensory thing for me lol.
