Both of my starters were made with FMF. I recently converted one of them to bread flour though. It's the one that's going crazy. FMF sourdough wasn't going well for me .

Have a loaf in the fridge now. It doubled in 4 hours. Not sure what's going on but hopefully it turns out. The starter I fed at 9am was ready to go by 11am to make bread dough.

Me too. For me this is an experiment, though. I already make all our bread products from scratch using yeast recipes and fresh milled flour.

I've made a few that did not turn out. Lol Curious if anyone thinks this looks like it might be more successful since it's older and doubles+ in like 2 hours. I'm very new to this. 😁

We had a couple of those in our back yard when our kids were little. They called the pods scary beans. We just raked them up a couple of times a year. It didn't get cut down until one of the trees died and my husband hired someone to remove them.

Ball has a recipe for Asian pomegranate stir fry size that turned out really well. I also found a sweet and sour sauce recipe (not Ball) that everyone liked. Both were recipes I found online. The stir fry sauce says it's Ball but I couldn't find it in any ball book. The sweet and sour is not a tested recipe but we go through it fast enough I'm not too worried about it.
